🔐 Lockdown

Lockdown is for the moments you know you'll be tempted to back out. While a shield in Lockdown is holding:

• it can't be changed, paused or removed;
• you can't sign out of StillMode or delete your account to get around it;
• breaks still work exactly as you set them, so choose them before you begin.

You decide how long it holds: for this focus or while the shield is up, for a set number of hours, or always. Outside that time the shield can be edited as usual.

Turning it on

Open a shield, switch on Lockdown at the bottom of the editor and tap Lock it in. Lockdown is part of StillMode Plus.

Tip: protect the app too

To keep yourself from deleting StillMode mid-shield, go to iOS Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › iTunes & App Store Purchases › Deleting Apps › Don't Allow, and ask someone you trust to set the Screen Time passcode.
