Terms of Use

These terms apply to the StillMode iOS app and related services ("StillMode", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
1. The service
StillMode helps you reduce screen time by shielding apps and websites you choose, using Apple's Screen Time APIs, and by showing your usage. Blocking is performed by iOS; we can't guarantee it works in every situation (for example if Screen Time access is revoked, iOS is restarted, or Apple changes its APIs).
2. Your account
You can use most features without an account. Circles and referrals require an account created with your email address or Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
3. Subscriptions and purchases
StillMode Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Referrals
Referral rewards (trial days, app icons, Lifetime access) are granted for genuine new users. We may withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fake accounts, automation or abuse.
5. Circles and content
You're responsible for the names, emojis and photos you add. Don't use StillMode to harass others or share unlawful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Lockdown
Lockdown intentionally makes shields hard to change while they hold. You turn it on at your own discretion. Emergency unlock lets you lift it after a waiting period. Phone calls and Emergency SOS are never blocked.
7. Disclaimer and liability
StillMode is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed messages or notifications while apps are shielded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Termination
You can stop using StillMode and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
