🫶 Circles
Slow down together with friends, family or teammates.
A Circle is a small group of people who share their daily screen time with each other. Seeing others ease off makes it easier to do the same.
Start or join
- Circles tab › Start a circle: give it a name, an emoji and a type, then send the link.
- Got a link? Tap it, or open Circles › Join with a link and paste it.
Circles need a StillMode account (email or Sign in with Apple) so friends can find you.
What others see
Only your first name, photo and total screen time per day (today, yesterday, this week). Nobody in a circle sees which apps you use or your shields.
Leaving
Open the circle, scroll down and tap Leave circle. Your totals stop being shared with it straight away.
